Chairman: Sven Otto Littorin is an entrepreneur in business and politics. He is a former Minister for Employment in Sweden and currently an entrepreneur and board professional with international experience in diverse sectors and from multiple countries and continents.

Board member: Robert M Grinberg executive with over 25 years of experience in evaluating, growing, and leading start-up ventures across diverse industries; including automotive, biotech, blockchain, brokerage, compliance, golfing equipment, healthcare, medical marijuana, mental health, oil and gas, risk management, technology, and trading.

Board member: Charles S Arnold has an ability to integrate marketing concepts and financial strategies play a pivotal role in the development of the clients’ businesses. In addition to developing start-up companies, he is responsible for placing more than USD1 Billion into public companies with as much as USD400 Million in a single transaction.
