Arnold expertly integrates marketing with financial strategies, overseeing over USD1 billion in public investments. Director Robert M. Grinberg, with over 25 years of leadership, has guided ventures across industries like biotech and blockchain. Together, they lead with expertise and a commitment to driving success.

Chairman: Sven Otto Littorin is an entrepreneur in business and politics. He is a former Minister for Employment in Sweden and currently an entrepreneur and board professional with international experience in diverse sectors and from multiple countries and continents.
Board memeber: Ben Hedenberg Esq is an entrepreneur, legal advisor, and possesses a unique mix of legal, financial, operational as well as technical knowledge, which complements extends his entrepreneurial and financial expertise. He has extensive experience in new business start-ups and development.
Board memeber: Charles S Arnold has an ability to integrate marketing concepts and financial strategies play a pivotal role in the development of the clients’ businesses. In addition to developing start-up companies, he is responsible for placing more than USD1 Billion into public companies with as much as USD400 Million in a single transaction.
Board memeber: Robert M Grinberg executive with over 25 years of experience in evaluating, growing, and leading start-up ventures across diverse industries; including automotive, biotech, blockchain, brokerage, compliance, golfing
equipment, healthcare, medical marijuana, mental health, oil and gas, risk management, technology, and trading.
